A Girlie Gift

Less than a week until #4 Brats confirmation, and it's raining. That may well be a good thing. I can still make myself believe that if it's raining now, and for a few days more, the weather will be lovely on Saturday.
As for her gift, that's easy. All our brats collect silver cutlery. It's something of a family tradition, and although they didn't quite understand why we bought them the stuff while they were younger, the older brats are starting to appreciate it.
We could have gone for jewelry of course - for a young girl, freshwater pearls make a lovely gift, but we've decided to stick to tradition.
Right. Now, all I have to do is clean this dump and plan a meal for 40 people...
